Off the south eastern tip of Sabah, Malaysian Borneo, Sipadan is acknowledged to be one of the premier diving spots in Southeast Asia. Sipadan-Mabul resort is nestled in a coconut grove located at the southern tip of Pulau Mabul overlooking the water and nearby Sipadan Island. It consists of 40 airconditioned wooden duplex chalets, all with private facilities. There is an open air restaurant, bar, swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Mabul Water Bungalows Mabul Water Bungalows at Sipadan Mabul dive-resort situated at Mabul Island overlooking the world-known Sipadan Island which is 15-minutes away by speedboat. These wooden-type bungalows has fourteen (14) unit entirely built over water with stilts offer sheer comfort. The resort consists of Beach Front Chalets, Garden View Chalets and Water Bungalow/Villa, which are constructed in traditional architecture to blend into the native surroundings without disturbing or removing the islands natural vegetation. Our signature restaurant 'Calyx' serves up a variety of European and Asian cuisine to suit everyones palate, prepared from a diverse selection of fresh local seafood, and fruit and vegetables handpicked from our island garden. Built around the trunks of 28 Belian trees, Calyx has seating for over 200 people making it ideal for functions and conferences.
