Villa Ginestra

Located in the Scopello area, and about 300m from the sea, Villa Renata provides a good base for a variety of watersports, boating and snorkelling. It is also near Lo Zingaro nature reserve. There are three bedrooms, air conditioning, a parking area and an additional external kitchen for al fresco dining on the verandah.

Situated in Castellammare del Golfo, a variety of shops, restaurants and other services are available closeby whilst the cottage is also only 2km from the beach and only 5km away is Lo Zingaro nature reserve. The property has an external kitchen with barbeque and is furnished in warm colours with Sicilian accessories.
