Villa Perla sul Mare is a lovely villa located in the Terrasini area, at about 10km from the International Airport of Palermo and at about 30km from Palermo downtown. Villa Perla, like a pearl, overhangs the fascinating coastline bathed by the crystal waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the sight rears over the whole coastline of Western Sicily. The beauty of the nature and the breathtaking scenery of the dawns and sunsets that can be watched from the house is enchanting.
The villa has direct access to the sea reachable through a little path going down to the bay underneath. The inside of the villa is through a living-sitting room with large panoramic windows from which can be enjoyed the spectacular sea view.
A little corridor leads to the kitchen, very colourful and well equipped. The corridor also linsk the three bedrooms, one of which is with quen sized bed, one with French double bed and one single bedroom. There is one bathroom with shower.
Villa Perla sul Mare is surrounded by a large veranda that permits total privacy when using the outdoor facilities. Outside there is also an external kitchen with barbeque. A nice balcony over the sea is characteristic of the pool area as well with outdoor showers. A parking lot is also available.

After this amount it will be charged at Eur 0.50 a kw.
