Villa Daniela is a nice, cosy holiday home, located in the territory of Fraginesi, a village about 3km from Castellammare del Golfo, where general services are available (bank, post, medical centre, supermarket etc), approximately 3km from Scopello and the beach of Guidaloca; Palermo International Airport is about 45km away, as well as Trapani airport.

The villa is organised on the ground floor and the house is accessed through the front veranda. The open plan living room is large and comfortably furnished with original decorations such as antique tools and ceramic plates which together with the stove-fireplace give the room a real Sicilian atmosphere. There are two sofa beds, Sat TV and air conditioning. The well-equipped kitchen is constructed in typical majolica ceramics. The back verandah is accessed from the living room, perfect for relaxation or outdoor dining.

A corridor leads to the night zone with 3 bedrooms, one double with queen sized bed, another with twin beds and the third one is single with the possibility to add an extra bed. The bedrooms are spacious and elegantly furnished and decorated, both with air-conditioning. The adjacent bath is with shower and washing machine available.

Villa Daniela is provided with a swimming pool (5m x 9m x 1.3-2.2m) with hydro-massage. Furthermore at the disposition of the guests are the outdoor kitchen with barbeque and the playground corner for children.

The villa is surrounded by a lovely garden flourishing with various Mediterranean plants that create a lovely environment. A large parking area is available too.

The good postion of Villa Daniela makes a good base for visiting different sightseeing and archeological sites such as Palermo, Castellammare Del Golfo, Scopello, Segesta , Erice, Selinunte, Marsala and Agrigento. At about 3km away is the nature reserve park Lo Zingaro with its marvellous bays and Mediterranean vegetation. The crystal sea waters are perfect for practising various water sports such as swimming, diving, sailing etc.
